Quick Family Dinners: Turkey Meat Loaf

I cook nearly every day so I like to share with you recipes that are tried and true and winners in my home. Most of the food I make is simple and easy and can be made in 30 minutes and only uses a few ingredients you probably have in your kitchen. I use my Meal Planning Made Easy System to plan the meal and make sure I have all my ingredients. 
Today’s recipe is Turkey and Roasted Red Pepper Meat Loaf. I originally found this recipe in Real Simple and I was surprised. As much as I love the magazine, I usually find their recipes a little bland and they leave a little to be desired. But this one made the cut and I wanted to share it with you.
